Dani Radigan, Licensed Therapist in NY
I’m Dani, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) offering integrative, somatic, trauma-informed therapy for adults seeking meaningful, lasting change.
My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, body-based awareness, and depth-oriented healing. I support clients navigating grief, trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and life transitions — especially those who feel disconnected from themselves or stuck in survival mode.
This is not quick-fix therapy. It’s intentional, collaborative, and paced to honor your nervous system.
Sycamore + Cedar Integrative Therapy (formerly Dani’s Mind Body Soul Connection) reflects the natural evolution of my work toward slower, deeper, whole-person care.
I work with clients remotely in Upstate NY & across New York City,
offering private-pay, integrative therapy tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Trauma-Informed Therapy Approach
& Guiding Philosophy
This approach supports:
Increased self-regulation and emotional capacity
Deeper connection to body, intuition, and internal cues
Sustainable growth that extends beyond symptom relief
I believe healing unfolds when the nervous system feels safe enough to soften, integrate, and respond differently.
Much of my work centers on helping clients move out of chronic fight-or-flight and into greater regulation, clarity, and self-trust. Life is not meant to feel like constant survival — and therapy doesn’t need to feel rushed or purely cognitive to be effective.
My intention is to show up as a grounded, attuned, and regulated presence — and to help you cultivate the same within yourself.
Loss and change can be incredibly depleting — especially when it feels unexpected or out of our control.
I know what it’s like to navigate grief, life transitions, and periods of nervous system dysregulation. My own healing journey led me toward integrative and somatic practices that helped restore balance, focus, and a sense of internal safety.
Why I Do This Work
That lived understanding informs how I work — with care, pacing, and deep respect for each person’s nervous system and capacity. You don’t have to move faster than your system allows, and you don’t have to do this alone — there is a way through.

Who This Work Is For
I work with adults who see therapy as a meaningful investment in their well-being.
You may feel aligned with this work if you are:
Healing from trauma, experiencing grief, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
Feeling stuck, disconnected, or chronically dysregulated
Navigating identity shifts or major life transitions
Curious about somatic, integrative, body-based approaches, or psychedelic integration
Clients who thrive in this work are reflective, engaged, and open to depth. Therapy here is collaborative and active — both in and between sessions.
If you’re seeking quick fixes, insurance-based care, or a purely directive approach, this may not be the right fit.
