Pricing & Fees
Fees & Insurance
I value creating a therapeutic space that is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether using insurance or choosing private pay, my goal is to provide thoughtful, depth-oriented care.
Payment (or insurance copay/coinsurance) is due at the time of the session. A card is securely kept on file for convenience.
Why Some Clients Choose Private Pay
Many clients choose private pay for the following reasons:
• Greater privacy and reduced insurance involvement
• Flexibility in session length, frequency, and focus
• Depth-oriented work beyond diagnostic requirements
• Access to specialty services and optional intensive sessions (typically not covered by insurance)
Private pay allows for expanded flexibility and personalization beyond what insurance plans may permit.
Insurance
I am currently in-network with: Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) through Headway, a secure platform that manages insurance billing and benefits verification.
If you plan to use BCBS, you’ll complete a brief intake through Headway before our first session. They will verify your benefits and handle claims on your behalf.
Coverage varies by plan. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm:
Your deductible, copay or coinsurance
Whether outpatient mental health services are covered
Whether telehealth sessions are included
I am not currently in-network with other insurance providers.
If you have a different insurance provider, I am happy to provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

FAQ
Do you provide superbills for insurance reimbursement?
Yes. While I am a private-pay provider, some clients choose to submit claims to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Upon request, I provide a detailed superbill. This service is offered as a convenience to support clients who wish to use their insurance benefits, but all therapy sessions remain private-pay.
Please note: eligibility and reimbursement depend on your individual insurance plan. Keeping your superbill and contacting your insurance provider directly will help ensure you understand what may be reimbursed.
What is a Superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the information your insurance company typically requires to process out-of-network reimbursement (diagnosis code, service code, dates of service, and provider information).
How to Use a Superbill for Reimbursement
After each session, I will provide you with a superbill.
You submit the superbill to your insurance company — either through their online portal or by mail.
Your insurance company reviews the claim and reimburses you directly, based on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.
Do you offer in-person therapy sessions?
I currently offer teletherapy for psychotherapy services. I do not provide in-person therapy sessions at this time.
I do offer in-person Reiki classes and workshops occasionally, which are announced on my website and email list.
